DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

SWEDISH MASSAGE

With this type of treatment your RMT will use long gliding strokes at a light to medium pressure and will adjust based on your specific needs. Increasing blood oxygen levels, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation, flexibility and easing tension are other benefits of Swedish massage.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Prenatal massage can help relieve many discomforts of pregnancy including aching muscles in the back and neck, leg cramps, headaches, and swelling. Trigger Point Release is a method in which direct pressure is applied to specific areas on tender muscle tissue to reduce muscle tension and promote pain relief. By releasing the trigger point muscles will be on their way to a faster recovery with less referral pain to other areas of the body.

HOT STONE THERAPY

Hot stone therapy helps your muscles relax, allowing the massage therapist to manipulate your deep tissues more effectively. The heated stones may provide the extra relations you need for the massage to be beneficial in releasing tension and easing sore muscles.

COLD STONE FACIAL MASSAGE
