All of the paperwork is taken care of at Massage Matters

MVA patients receive consistent soft tissue therapy through Chiropractic and Massage treatments

All MVA patients receive 1 chiropractic and 1 60-minute massage per week for 3 months

Treatments consist of focussed, targeted soft tissue/muscle work, acupuncture, exercises and adjustments with a chiropractor, as well as 60-minute massage treatments targeting injured areas

We deal with all Car Insurance Companies, completing all treatment plans and billing online – we take care of everything

All MVA patients are entitled to a pre-approved 12-week treatment plan through their auto insurance which is directly billed to the insurance company

Collaboration with Legal if required

Just went for a massage a few days ago and it was exactly what I needed. Being immunocompromised I felt safe and was the only patient in there. Place is clean, hand sanitizer upon entry/ exit and by the front desk. Staff wear masks as well as myself. The admin at the front is really kind and welcoming. After a few months in isolation with a connective tissue disease, I was in desperate need of therapy, relaxation and relief of muscle knots. I left extremely relaxed. Thank you Peter for the acu/massage! You’re skills are valuable in the health field! Peter also gave me some exercises to continue until next visit that has also been tremendously helpful! There were things I didn’t even mention that he was able to identify and catch onto as well. Really happy with my first visit and look forward to my next visit.

I visited last Friday and had an amazing experience with Gwen Tingson. She was lovely throughout my visit and always went the extra step to make sure I had a great massage experience. I left feeling a lot more relaxed and she took care of a lot of sore body parts I had injured from the past. She’s very professional, knowledgeable of her craft and great at what she does.Even with the most recent covid scare a lot of places were canceling appointments but she still made herself available and didn’t cancel on me. She was safe and took all necessary precautions to ensure a safe experience.I have future appointments lined up with her and am happy to have found my go to massage therapist in Toronto. Thank you again Gwen! If you’re looking for a massage therapist in the city, I highly recommend her.

I read all bad reviews for this place before coming here, and turns out that non of them were because of bad massage.Most of them were complaints from cheap people for tipping, and second, noise from the stairs above (there's also a warning sign at the entrance asking people not to stump). If a little bit of noise is disturbing your inner peace, you should look for a different kind of help.I really enjoyed my time here. Massage was great, interior was warm and cozy.Honestly no complaints.

So happy I found this place for massages! Morgan was amazing. I have been there twice now and joined the massage club. I normally go get massages for the “spa experience” but honestly this was the best massage I’ve ever had.
