THERAPY STYLE
My style blends postural & movement assessment into the treatment. This allows for the client and me to locate the underlying source of their pain, and empower them with the tools & knowledge to improve their posture, function and well-being.
KNOWN FOR
Through my past experience working with both amateur and professional athletes as a personal trainer, I’m able to not only provide immediate relief for their current pain, but also suggest specific corrective exercises and strategies for them to add into their training to help prevent future injuries before they happen.
WHY YOU LOVE BEING A RMT
As someone who has dealt with chronic low back pain in the past, I know firsthand the incredible mental and physical relief that massage therapy has provided me over the years. The ability to give that same peace of mind to other people is why I love being a massage therapist.
HOBBIES
Bass guitar, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (both competing in and refereeing at local tournaments), reading, weight-lifting, fishing, going to concerts with friends, hiking.
FUN FACT
